HELP FOR HEROES

Our organization is named for the late Jeffrey Allen Poissant, who battled cancer and fought tirelessly to get the care he needed from the VA. Before passing, he asked that we help other veterans in need. We are honored to carry out his wishes and continue his legacy by providing support and resources to veterans who need them most.

We’re a dedicated group of volunteers, including veteran, professionals, and citizens, who have come together from all walks of life to help veteran households.

Our organization will be the nexus of a thriving network, providing high-impact assistance to the veteran community through strategic partnerships and collaboration. We commit to fostering resilience and growth in the lives of veterans and their families.

OUR PROJECTED PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

We intend Jeff’s Camp to be a hub of activity and support for veterans by providing a range of services and resources to help them in traditional civilian life. 

These services would include but not limited to:

• Food Pantry

• Toiletry Bag Distribution

• Fundraising Events

• Ultimate Plan for Temporary Veterans Housing Facility  ​​​
